When you sign up, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about your business — including the content, branding, and preferences you share with us to design and build your website. When you make a payment, our payment partner Paystack processes your card and billing details on our behalf; we don't store your full card information.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to build, host, and maintain your website, to process payments and send invoices, to communicate with you about your account and any change requests, and to provide support. We may also send you occasional updates about WebDigitize — you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

3. Sharing your information

We don't sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as Paystack for payments, our hosting infrastructure, and our email provider for transactional messages — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service to us.

4. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

5. Your choices

You can review and update your account and business information from your dashboard at any time. If you'd like us to delete your account or the personal information we hold about you, contact us and we'll action your request, subject to any legal or contractual obligations to retain certain records (such as billing history).

6. Cookies

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how our site is used so we can improve it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through your dashboard or by email.
