Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of WebDigitize's website design, hosting, and management service.
WebDigitize designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites for businesses on a subscription basis. When you sign up, you tell us about your business and what you'd like your site to look like, and our team designs and builds it for you. Once your site is live, your subscription covers hosting, security, your domain, and ongoing change requests.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide to us, including business details and content used on your website. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you sign up for.
Plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment partner, Paystack. Your website remains live as long as your subscription is active and in good standing. If a payment fails or your subscription lapses, we may pause or suspend your site until payment is resolved. You can view your invoices and manage your subscription from your dashboard at any time.
You retain ownership of the content, branding, and materials you provide to us. By submitting content, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to use it solely to design, build, and operate your website. We retain ownership of the underlying templates, code, and tooling we use to build and manage sites across our platform.
You agree not to use your website to host or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content, or to misrepresent your business. We may decline to publish, or may remove, content that violates this policy or applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, after which your website may be taken offline. We recommend exporting any content you'd like to keep before cancelling.
We may update these terms from time to time as our service evolves. If we make material changes, we'll let you know through your dashboard or by email. Continuing to use WebDigitize after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
